“Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. “the staff was great , very sweet and helpful. However the overall communication isn’t good, the food is never fully cooked. which upset my stomach a few times , lack of staff. Horrible room service. Over priced for no reason. The only thing i feel was worth my money was the scenery. no entertainment, food closes to early, the options aren’t that appealing.”

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

“We had a wonderful stay at this quaint little hotel located right on the beach. Our room was clean. Definitely not fancy if you are going for the pool, DON’T but the bar /restaurant, beach, happy hour were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating! If you love the Hilton than this hotel is NOT for you. ”
