不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
The apartment needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort. The floors did not appear to be swept, I noticed hair or debris on the bed, and the bathroom facilities were old, with a plastic mat in the shower. The exterior of the building also appeared to be deteriorating. Accessing the property was inconvenient because the gate had to be unlocked and locked manually each time I entered or left and I couldn’t access the property from the main road, either you walk 5 minutes around the road or walk on other people’s property to get to the front. Im not sure if the A/C works. Overall, the Accommodation did not meet my expectations, and I believe improvements are needed to provide guests with a cleaner and more comfortable stay.

The Owner was not very pleasant and polite. She needs to learn humility and be more hospitable. The room need to smell more fresh, floor needed sweeping because hair and dust was on it. Why did I pay $90 US just to sleep 4 hours until my flight was ready, just to feel like I am begging her to stay or like I am bothering her?
Place is okay but she needs to learn proper customer service.

I had a great stay at Shonlans where I got to experience the fortitude of a senior citizen running her inn very efficiently! Located close to the airport and to my surprise walking distance to The Ross University Medical School, which is surrounded with amenities for everyone. Starting and ending my trip from Shonlans made everything super easy. Thank you Maureen!
