“The room was not as advertised. The room had a mildew stench, it was very hot, the outside AC unit was leaking, and the bathroom was very hot and had no ventilation and it was the only thing updated in the room. There were dings and dents on the floor and on the furniture. There was also a running water noise coming from a closet near the room door. They also arranged an airport pick up who offered us an island tour. We asked how much upfront and she told us don't worry she would give us a deal.……

“The property is spotless and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and views are amazing. Drinks and food are good. I just wish they would keep the same menu options for dinner. Staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help with my grandmother who had mobility issues. I truly enjoyed my stay at this resort.”

“I wanted to share my honest experience to help future guests know what to expect. One thing to be aware of is that the property does not provide washcloths, so be sure to bring your own. The food selection was very limited and wasn't to my taste. There is no room service, and if you don't like the meal being served, there aren't alternative menu options available. Fortunately, there are several restaurants within about a 10-minute walk, so you do have other dining choices nearby. Another issue……

“The first thing to say is how good the staff were. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is good, beach is nice and located on the St Lawrence Gap. The Oro restaurant has really good food, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice and the Italian evening menu has a good selection too (although not that Italian, ie no Spaghetti Bolognese, which disappointed my daughter). However, the hotel could greatly improve the guest experience by offering more entertainment and amenities, especially for couples. Adding activities such as live music, themed evenings, or other entertainment options would make the stay much more enjoyable.
