The food available was different everyday and at every sitting. It was always cooled well and was very tasty. The 2 restaurants on site are well worth the visit. The bar staff are fabulous and there is a wide range of drinks on the cocktail menu and the staff will also do drinks that aren't listed. The rooms are really clean and well serviced by the really friendly cleaning staff.

We absolutely loved our week stay at Sugar Bay All Inclusive!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for 2 young kids and 2 adults, with many family friendly options available. They have an amazing kid play area both outside and inside, babysitting which we used a few times on our stay and the staff were wonderful with our kids, the food was great offering a lot of options for the kids and adults, 2 specialty restaurants, a cafe that was adorable and had great coffees/sweets, pool area was nice with a swim up bar and kiddie pool area, gym, game room, spa (had a massage which was wonderful!), and our ocean family suite was spacious with amazing views. The staff all were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much!!

From the welcome and check-in w/ Natile & Nging to the delicious rum punches & Javon jokes especially on your drunks nights lol. This place and staff were amazing! Waking up to the amazing breakfast and Andrea making omelette of your choice to the great lunch and dinner staff Aliyah, Keyshawna, Aykeem, and more was just devine, comforting and pleasant. Also thanks to the bar crew Seth(drinking card game), Deangelo, Dewayne and etc. (forgiveness if I forgot some names) But ya'll we're GREAT! Make sure you also check out the Karma Spa and housekeeping 10/10. Don’t forget the gift shop and sweet Cashier🙌

The food at the hotel is a really good standard especially given that it is all inclusive. There is food almost constantly from 7am through to 10pm should you want it. The location is excellent, right next to Bridgetown and Pebbles beach and a short drive to oistins. Only small issue is that after the evening entertainment finishes at 11pm the hotel is very quiet Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and the food taste amazing. Although Expedia list a hot tub there was none, and be aware that there is no late night snacks or room service. Other than that hotel was great, the pictures make it seem a bit larger than it actually is, but overall our stay was lovely and we would recommend this place as well as go back!

Lovely place! Staff were so helpful and polite… They have a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. Also, UMI the restaurant is a MUST.

Good food and drinks, rooms not large but ok. Gym average. Spa just for treatments, no sauna or steam. Wifi coverage not complete. Great beach; however had seaweed invasion for a couple of days so stayed at the pool. Overall nice resort with great staff but could be improved.

The staff was AMAZING at this property. Initially there were a few hiccups, which I did have to take off one star for. Initially, our room did not have elevator access, which the staff promptly addressed and fixed. Upon moving rooms, the complimentary wine and separated beds were not provided. When made aware, the staff brought the wine within the hour. Our bed however was never separated from the king to two twins which was requested before our arrival to the property, but we made do for the rest of our stay. Beyond the small mishap, the stay was flawless. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful through our entire stay, and had a lot of helpful recommendations for off-resort activities. The buffet and restaurants were completely delicious, offering something new and wonderful each day. The beach on the resort was gorgeous day or night. In all, we were so sad to leave our little paradise for the weekend. I would recommend this location and stay again in the future!

Great Staff - very accommodating - we stayed a week and by the end of day 1 everyone knew us and our room number. Small resort - not too big in terms of walking which I love. Nice beach area - rock wall in the ocean stops all the waves so nice and relaxing in the water. Awesome outdoor bar to watch the sunset. We had a two bedroom unit which was perfect for our family with TVs in both. Buffet was good everyday. Two specialty restaurants were great. Short 15 min ride from the airport. The resort had some form of entertainment each night - band, solo singer, etc. The Manager's Cocktail hour was nice - got to share how great the team was with the manager. One of bellmen set us with an amazing taxi driver who gave us a private tour that was amazing. Highly recommend if you like the personal touch with a smaller resort. Felt safe the entire time.
