“Location Staff did not show how to operate the TV, the AC, the shower head, nor the rusty looking stove. The store was very old. I was afraid to touch the stove. There were no disposable cups in the bathroom, for oral care. There was no complimentary 6 once bottles of water, no box of tissue, no paper towel, or cloth kitchen towel. The lock on the door appeared weak. There was floss treader on the bed. I did not use any. There an uneven step at the top of the first flight of the stairs……

“We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The spa was excellent, the hydrotherapy pools are wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, the beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the long wait for meals at all the restaurants. However on our last night we had dinner at the French restaurant and the food was lovely and the wait time was much improved. Also on our last day there was a lunch buffet set up in the Italian restaurant which offered a wonderful variety……

“Spent 5 days at the Club and would recommend looking at other locations. This resort is OLD and TIRED! The furniture in the rooms are just barely hanging on, the beds are horribly uncomfortable. All the chairs felt like they would collapse at any moment. The bathrooms are small and the showers are dark & dank. There is so much build up in the tiles would recommend wearing shower shoes. The resort is three floors with no elevator. The pools are small and dirty, everyday there was junk/gunk……
