“My family and I took some time to choose the resort we wanted to stay on the island. The island is very safe and beautiful to explore outside of resort as well. The hotel is very clean, has some amazing staff that went above and beyond during our stay that we would like to shout out - Cashka and Rashad from Entertainment, Deanna and Shaq the pool servers, Russel from P&B, Darian and Damien the bartender. “The food was very good and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were spacious and clean. They appeared short staffed as you could wait a while for service at the restaurant and at the bar which could be frustrating. There were rules round the pool but nothing adhered to and it became a free for all. Ie people leaving towels on beds all day and not being there most of it when it clearly says this is not allowed. Letting people play their own music with speakers disregarding others who……

“The only staff who made the stay okay were Ivan and Robert. Otherwise, you’d wait 30-40 minutes for food and when you get the food not even 10-15 minutes later staff is asking to remove the food they just brought. Staff did not check to see if we needed anything. The property is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance. Only 1-2 elevators were working during our stay. Staff is not very helpful. Our housekeeper would snarl her face at us when she would see us, I’m not sure what her problem was. This……

“Check-in was smooth and just when I changed into more comfortable duds the room was ready...early. I loved the room and the kitchenette was great. We were able to make breakfast every day. My only issue was that there was no tea or coffee in the room. Regarding the beach, it was beautiful but a downside was the sargassum seaweed. “The hotel staff were amazing! Extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Special shout out to Shyonte and Kenny! There was another front desk lady that was amazing and I can’t recall her name. The rooms were beautiful including the bathroom and shower. Hot water was never in short supply. I loved that the rooms faced the beach and the balconies are private so relaxing on the balcony listening to the ocean waves was amazing at any time of day.
