The suite that I got which was upgraded from my initial one as there was a delay at check in was gorgeous. It really felt like home. Gorgeous kitchen, balcony, huge bathtub and bed!
The loss of the 1 star is because that building in particular has internet issues for two days which was a real shame however for the rest of my stay, it was good.
There was also an issue with the water a couple days before. Low pressure or none existant at times. Also a shame.
The staff though were fantastic, from the front desk to the house keeping and the ones in the f&b areas. Dedicated, welcoming and know their stuff.
I even received 100 credits for the check in delay which was very much appreciated. I would absolutely return because the resort is gorgeous. It's not very close to the central though so if you don't mind that, definitely book it.
