Just a 5 min walk to Highland Lake Beach and the heart of downtown Bridgton, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy all the local favorites—live music on Main Street, the Magic Lantern movie theater, shops, restaurants and pubs. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the short drive to Pleasant Mountain for skiing, hiking, and snowmobiling. Plus, only 35 minutes from North Conway and just an hour from Portland.

When you arrive, please enter through the main entrance—the double doors to the right of the driveway. The Manor Suite is just inside on the right side.


Parking: Feel free to park anywhere on the paved driveway.

Community & House Rules: Since we could potentially be hosting other guests in our an other 1 bedroom listing, we kindly ask you to be a good neighbor. Please respect others by keeping noise to a minimum, parking in designated spots, and not inviting additional guests or trespassing on neighbors’ properties.

Also, if you need additional bedrooms, you can rent the other suite, with its own private living room, kitchen, living area, bathroom and private space.

You have your own private suite and have shared access to the common, outside amenities, hot tub, fire pit, grill, etc, if other guests are also booked in the other 1 bedroom listing and using those amenities at the same time.
