For shared use: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 30 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 75 m, railway station "Brienz" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 7 km, indoor tennis centre 10 km, riding stable 1.1 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 10 km, ice rink 6 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg 500 m, Brienz, Aareschlucht. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen-Hasliberg 10 km, Axalp 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Hasliberg, Rosenlaui. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Spacious and bright, simple and cosy furnishings: open large living/sleeping room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, flat screen, radio, hi-fi system and DVD. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Small terrace. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par l'hôte, l'appartement est situé dans un village calme et typique. L'appartement a été rénové récemment, il est très propre. Le point d'amélioration est lié à la chambre pour notre adolescent qui n'était pas adaptée (sous toit, matelas au sol), il ne pouvait pas se tenir debout. Une autre chambre avec lit superposé étaii indiqué sur l'annonce mais nous n'avons pas eu accès.

Unser Aufenthalt in Brienzwiler war wirklich sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und auch die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
