“We got there 30 minutes before check-in time and they wanted to charge us $25 to check in early so we decided to wait. Our first room wasn’t ready and we were escorted to a second room downstairs. They waved the fee and let us get in early so that was nice. The room was mostly clean a lot of spots on the couch and the towels in the bathroom definitely not white the shower was clean, but the shower curtain could definitely use some help. It was good for the price but definitely can use a little……

“The Cedar Creek Inn in Bertram is a nice little motel. Clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The room is sparse. Few blankets and pillows. But, overall a decent accommodation.”

“It's a bad experience, I'm a businessman who stays in hotels a lot, and they call you out early, even if it's not the check-out time, the pillows are hard, even though there are four of them, none of them can sleep, they put the coffee machine in the toilet room.”

“Property definitely needs to undergo renovations. From outdated signage to leaking air handlers. Majority of staff was friendly and helpful. However day time desk manager seemed disinterested in service or resolution when came to missing item in room. Would recommend hotel after it undergoes a serious change. Location seemed perfect”

“I’m not sure if it’s the cleaner’s hair or hair from a former guest, but that needs to be cleaned better. Saw that on the night stand. The bathroom was tiny almost like an afterthought. The toilet paper was an inch from being under our arms when we’re using the toilet. The sliding shower door was loud. Sounded like it needed WD40 or something. Overall the room was good for an emergency stay.”
