"The pool was closed. Unsafe water accordingly to staff. One of the reasons i stay at this hotel. Cant believe that they didnt notify us during check in. The shower in room 202 was bad. No water pressure. Wife could not wash hair. There was no house keepingfor the 3 days we wete there. Unexpected. We spent alot of money to stay there. It was one of the worst stays ever. "

"Room was very clean, they were prompt in repsonding to requests, the shower head was so good, yummy breakfast, good view and central location. Check in was very slow as they only had one employee working the front desk, had to pay for parking, and it was surprisingly noisy because of the city location and our room being by the layndry room. That being said, the good outweighed the bad and we would stay there again."

"Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Hair on the toilet, areas of the floor hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Basically the cleaning staff needs proper training and a supervisor to inspect the room before being turned over to a paying guest. The window shade was tattered, the chair upholstery was ripped. Overall the room was very dated. The breakfast really needs to improve in quality. They should have a person hired to oversee the breakfast and not expect the person working at the reception counter to handle both positions. One person can't be in 2 places at the same time, and many guests were upset at not having food prepared and the coffee maker being shut down for not having any coffee. This is not the way to run a quality hotel. As a side note, the exterior smoking areas need to be moved away from the doorways."
