“We stayed in a large room with a sea view, it didn’t disappoint! The room was immaculate and the view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and also gave a great brunch recommendation. We had cocktails in the hotel bar which were really good and the bar staff are more than happy to make any cocktail of your choice if you don’t fancy what’s on the current menu. I will definitely be coming back for another stay at this hotel and will recommend to anyone who is……

“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as……

Despite some technical issues beyond their control I got a call to advise me, to offer me an alternative room with a sea view and 50% refund for any inconvenience. Excellent customer service and relaxed vibe - my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our bedtime cocktail in the cocktail bar too - I can recommend the expresso martini!”

“The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation……
