I enjoyed my stay. I was desperately looking for a room within the beach distance ASAP. Reviews weren’t encouraging, but I got a clean room with a clean bathroom. Also very affordable. I had a good night rest. Staff were polite too. I recommend this place.

The hotel looks scruffy from the outside - but apart from being a bit dated on the inside, is perfectly fine for the cost, especially during a busy Brighton weekend. Located very central.

The room smelled like a vacant apartment that had been locked up for years, the bathroom door did not close and the shower was extremely weak, the toilet barely flushed. Needs so much work, would massively avoid. Felt dirty after leaving.

Absolutely shocked when I walked into entrance of hotel, so needs updating, unwelcoming and I wanted to leave , my initial impression Bathrooms where small and bath was filthy, fixture for shower was broken so had to hold shower handle, Bathroom was so cramped Room had no mirror in it,and so basic, bedding seemed clean but I went out and bought new bedding Scaffolding right outside bedroom window, banging from 8 am til 5pm The workman was on Scaffolding and looked into our room, so no peace and quiet during the day The only positive about this hotel was the fabulous location, only 2 minutes from the beach My husband said not to be too unkind but I feel I need to be honest. I never looked ar reviews before booking, my fault, would never have booked it
