The Riverfront Condo I

Enjoy VAST easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This condo is new, and can be reserved with adjoining condo (Riverfront Condo II) with two additional bedrooms. Has ac, jacuzzi tub, fireplace and a great location attached to a river for kayaking, also attached to atv trail. Only a five minute walk to village of Island pond, close to lakes, golf, indoor water park, mountain biking, 5 minute walk to Brighton state park and much more.

Fabulous stay
This was our second time in Dave’s condo. We again had a great time. The place was very clean, the bed comfortable and the kitchen had everything one could need, even though we haven’t used all since we stayed only two nights. I highly recommend guests to walk down to the river at the back of the property and enjoy the beautiful views. Dave is extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. I’m sure we will return.

Great VAST location
Dave made this stay very easy and was very informative for us as fellow snowmobilers. The location is great; right in Island Pond and on the trail, though due to lacking snow conditions we were unable to capitalize on that. The property was spotless and included everything you'd need. Thanks Dave!

Great location and extremely clean
We had a great stay. The location was perfect for us to go to Lake Willoughby and Island Pond. I would recommend this location. The shower had amazing pressure, the bed was comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.
