“Arrived for check-in and we (along with multiple others) were told our room was not ready and was not given an ETA of when it would be and when asked staff member was very rude and defensive saying they had been full to capacity the night before and couldn’t say what time to expect only the cleaning staff was doing their best. “Parking was easy. Easy check in. Was some confusion on check out time, and had prepaid for late check out. Got a call that woke us up that said we were to be out by 11. Was supposed to be 1pm. Need to put signage in the room on how to work shower instead of at front desk!
Room was clean, and shower pressure was lovely”
