「Great location and service. Highly recommended 」

「The room was very good (we were given an upgrade.) it had tall ceilings , was spacious, modern decor, comfortable bed, a fridge to keep you own water cool, decent air con, a massive bathroom with rainfall shower. The staff also made it possible for us to store luggage for an hour or two after checkout which was helpful. The only points for improvement would be the check in times extended to start at 3pm. 」

「Great modern apartment, huge sunny balcony, excellent location close to many bars and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of sweet or savoury. The outdoor pool doesn’t open until 1st May but that wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel shuttle was really efficient and only took 10 mins to get to the apartment. Alessandro was really helpful.」

「Nous y sommes resté 2 nuits en utilisant Brindisi comme base pour flâner dans la région (Ostuni, Alberobello, Monopoli, etc.). Chaque retour fut un plaisir : le service extrêmement gentil, les intérieurs charmants, placement idéal (on a loué un place au parking de l'hôtel), restaurants pour dîner juste à côté ... Vraiment très bien.」

「An unhappy experience. When we arrived at our hotel we were told it was closed due to a "technical problem" and that we were booked in a different hotel. While the other hotel was very well situated, it was tired looking, no wi-fi in the rooms, and we had the worst room in the hotel, looking out on a service courtyard instead of a sea view. Heating rails in the bathroom did not work. No window or extractor fan in the bathroom either.」

「I enjoyed my stay. But, I had one trouble. Hot water did not come. I must have moved to another room.」
