"The room could benefit from a bit more TLC. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor felt plain, which didn’t create a very homely atmosphere. The lounge area also felt a little bare. "The check in procedure was slightly tricky as I hadn't received an email with instructions, Had to up load id and credit card again ! several people who were arriving had the same issue and were unable to get through the front door, would have been good with some on on reception to assist."

"We flew in hours early, the reception staff changed us rooms so we could get in immediately. They were so very friendly. Perfect location with shopping and eating close by. Unit was very clean and comfortable 😊"
