「Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel. 」

「We stayed here for 5 nights during our trip to Brisbane. The staff reached out to us pro-actively to advise about the check in options. The self check/check out was pretty convenient. Kelly, the cleaning lady was also very cheerful & helped us with providing change for the laundry. The motel is located in an industrial area, so not too close to amenities.」

「The parking is good , easy and lots of space , has some grocery store &Restaurant beside hotel. Location is good too Room a bit small but reasonable price. Free bottle of wine for me because I am the gold card member, but the wine taste is terrible😰 」
