Good value apartments and good location but they definitely need a deep clean. We had to wipe up food from the kitchen benches and tables when we arrived. Roller blinds broken. A lot of damaged and dirty plaster walls. But well supplied with washing powder, shampoo, detergent etc. washing machine and clothes dryer was very handy. The pool and breakfast provision was great. We met another lovely traveler and dined together. The Indian restaurant downstairs was fantastic and menu had a great kids option with mild curries. We never could figure out how to exit the garage with our room key though!
We’ll be back for the convenience but would be great to see the place having a deep clean and some maintenance completed before then.

There had been a flood due to a broken pipe just before we stayed. However the staff had done such a good job of getting things cleaned up that it was only a very minor inconvenience. The staff were absolutely fantastic, from the after hours number staff to the front desk, could not fault anyone. Parking can be a bit cramped but still ok. The room was clean and comfortable, we'd stay here again no problem.

The room was quite disappointing. On entry, it reeked of mildew. AC remote was dead, balcony was covered in slime and dirt (not cleaned for months). No toiletries provided, no linen service provided (apparently I booked a heavily discounted room???) There was a single switch for all the lighting and a bedside lamp with illumination of half a candle. Couldn't get much worse. Only luxury provided were tissues.

This is a multi story building of at least 7 stories that has only 1 lift which unfortunately has been out of order since 28/3/24. My accommodation was on the 5th floor which meant I had to carry heavy suitcases (from the basement) up 6 flights of stairs to my room. At 76 years I found this extremely exhausting. After complaining I did get some help from staff with a couple of backpacks. Of course when needing to leave for meals it meant doing the descent and climb all over again, at least this time without heavy suitcases. My beef is that reception should have at least contacted us to let us know of the lift situation so if we wanted to could have cancelled the booking. Of course on arriving late afternoon and then being informed of the situation and not knowing the area I had no alternative other than to accept the situation. I must say though that other than the lift problem the accommodation was good.
