47th floor open plan stylish 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. Free carpark, Wifi & stunning indoor pool, lockers, steam room, fitness & entertainment centre on level 66.

Step out onto Margaret Street, stroll in any direction & enjoy the best of what the city has to offer - Brisbane’s best restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping and entertainment precinct.

The spacious & classy apartment has floor to ceiling glass & views across the CBD, Brisbane River and beyond.

❊ Welcome to the beautiful and exclusive Skytower, very centrally located in the City ❊

We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 6am.

✜ Unwind and sip on your welcome bottle of wine as you enjoy the Free WIFi. Curl up on the super comfy couches, pull out the chess or checker-board, or work on one of the landscape puzzles for a night in. However, you can't beat what the city has to offer in this fantastic location - everything is within easy walking distance!

✜ Ducted air - conditioning throughout, large and fully equipped kitchen, open plan living. This apartment is set up well for business and corporate travellers, with fast reliable Internet, ample workspace, power boards/leads and excellent lighting.

✜ There is one secure free Carpark available onsite, allocated to the apartment (additional paid parking onsite also).

✜ Coffee & tea selection, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary pods, as well as sugar and milk provided for your convenience.

NOTE: Rubbish chute is out of action. Please refer to the information notice on where to put the rubbish as per the buildings instructions.

Entire use of the apartment with a fully set up kitchen to make your stay easy & convenient or channel your inner chef! Gas cook-top and stainless appliances.

FREE unlimited (and super fast) Wifi to stream or surf uninterrupted.

The resort facilities includes an indoor pool, steam room and fully equiped gym for your use, up on level 66. Here also includes access to BBQ and entertaining facilities (please make sure to fully clean up after use).

I’ll absolutely give you ultimate privacy but am readily available should you need. My desire is to have you happy, relaxed and completely enjoying your stay.

A Coles or Woolworths supermarket is conveniently located 750m away with convenience stores scattered about also, closest being on 150m walk.

The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, QPAC, Queensland Museum and GOMA (only an 8min drive or 12-15min bus/walk trip).

If you're spectating a game, the Gabba (5min drive) is easily accessed via buses, as is Suncorp Stadium (7min drive).

There are too many cafes and restaurants to name in the city, however Eagle Street Pier is a popular destination with gorgeous views of the river and lively night-life (400m, 5min walk).

Heart of the city (only 550m walk, 7mins) - enjoy a blockbuster on the big screen at Event Cinemas in the Myer Centre or discover Brisbane’s Treasury Casino; ten-pin bowling, pool hall, spas, dining options and a shoppers’ heaven awaits at Queen Street Mall.

Brisbane City Botanic Gardens is also a must-see, only the next block over – 250m walk.

Catch a ferry and enjoy a river cruise across to Southbank, New Farm, Eagle Street Pier or popular Eat Street.

Southbank parklands (19 min walk, 7min drive, 14 min bus/walk) is home to the Wheel of Brisbane and the QLD Maritime Museum, connected by the stunning tree-lined boardwalk along the river. It's the perfect family location, mixing inner-city vibes with beachside destination. Keep the kids entertained for days - there are plenty of free BBQs, playgrounds, kid-friendly waterparks, ample grassed areas and the iconic pool/beach area.
Markets run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at varying times.

Give rock climbing a go at Kangaroo Point cliffs or the Storey Bridge climb, both with stunning views of the city.

You have super easy access to buses, trains (Central Station) to take you anywhere from the Culture Centre to Woolloongabba, Fortitude Valley and more.

Ubers/Taxis are readily available along Margaret Street or any adjoining street.

It's absolutely the best destination to walk around for exploring the city, enjoying the multitude of restaurants, cafes and night-life.

Additionally, you can make use of the vivid green stand-up scooters parked on the sidewalk in Fortitude Valley and Brisbane. They’re electric, and yes you can ride them!
It costs $1 to unlock and then 30 cents per minute once underway. Simply download and use the “Lime – Your ride anytime” app to locate a scooter, unlock the scooter with a QR code and then take off. Once at your destination you park it out of the way and it locks itself. Easy as and convenient.

We are family friendly with a portable cot (which fits with ease in the second bedroom or living room), baby bath and high chair available.

NOTE: Please be advised that some or most of the windows do not open as they have been continuously broken by guests and are very hard to have fixed. We hope for your understanding.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"

- ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: Starting august 16 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation

Insect and Pests-
QLD is a tropical climate in which insects, rodents, lizards and other animals such as possums and snakes unfortunately exist and you may encounter these pests during your stay. All of our homes are treated regularly with insecticides and the residue of these treatments may sometimes leave some dead insects in the properties. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies.

You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or
appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at
any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
On public holidays and after hours it may at times
prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner
Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.
In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
