Convenient Location whilst mother in hospital

Loved the apartment, loved the location, loved the secure parking, close to Woolworths, close to Royal Brisbane Hospital where mum had her operation, so many close food places to choose from. Loved the lift access for my mum once out of hospital. Only 1 negative - a lot of noise late at night from units nearby. Possibly uni students partying.

Great property, poor service

Property was not found in a clean condition, ie. dirty floors, dirty toilets. Iron was broken, was reassured a new iron would be delivered to property asap but was brought 8 hours later, after we required it for a event.
