不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
The first room they gave me the boxspring was smashed under the mattress and the mattress sitting in it and they knew that. The next room they changed me to the shower door three sections kept on falling off every time he used it. There was a big crack and smash in the bathroom door there were holes in the walls And glue. Tape marks on the walls, and the carpet had stains in it.
Look like a lot of alcoholics stayed there, banging doors all the time and smelling of drugs in the hallways.
The gardens were unkept.
The swimming pool had green algae grind along the sides. And they left the automatic robot cleaner for the pool in it continuously.
Outside of the pool was filthy and dirty and for the six days we stayed there. No one removed a punctured inflatable large light on the ground with dirt and dirty water all over it.
Much of the hotel was like a person had been a hoarder and hoarded things and all different corners and junk.
Some days trash in front of the front door stayed there for days.
When I asked for a change of room since they gave me the worst room. They had the first night we arrived. They said there was no other rooms available. Although on Expedia biggest travel site in the world, it said they had three rooms available.
Their advertise and comforting sign had flickering light in it continuously. It looks like they don’t do any maintenance if they don’t have to. The faucet in the shower leaked all the time. I could tell there’s no point in talking to the people.
