We are having a late check in on that day, the staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a stable Wifi and located near the airport which is really convenient with a free shuttle bus service provided. We have a quite satisfying stay there. The only problem is that the cylinder is keep leaking water and there is no ventilation fan, the hotel should have a renovation.

There isn’t anything inherently wrong with this hotel. The rates are decent, it’s conveniently located near Northgate train station, and I do appreciate many of the amenities like free onsite laundry facilities, a mini bar and TV with on-demand movies and shows. But overall, it’s still just…meh. Immediately when I went in my first day, the bathroom in my room, which is very small if you’re getting a studio room like I did, was emitting a very old smell that never fully went away. It faded with usage of the shower and once I got the aircon circulating. But it still lingered the whole stay. Also, the shower looked pretty dated and there were rust stains all along the bottom rim. The wifi wasn’t working very well either. It was slow and spotty. And while it was quiet enough to sleep the night, people were up and about as early as 6am, and you can hear everything they’re doing. So even if I wanted to sleep late after a night out, I couldn’t do it because the other guests kept waking me up. But I will grant them that overall, the room itself was clean and kept clean. The bed was nice and comfy too. I didn’t try the restaurant that’s part of the hotel, so I can’t say whether it’s good or not. But I can say they only do dinner services. You can still order breakfast and lunch from them, but it gets sent to your room or is provided for pickup at reception. Overall, this place was fine for my short stay, but I don’t think I’d come back.

There was no airport shuttle available - the pool was full of algea. When booking the property (2bed, 2 bath) I was unaware the bedrooms would be upstairs. Two of us are over age 65 so the stairs were a problem. Plus as soon as we sat down a lizard ran across the floor. Now honestly I have to say I don’t care for lizards in general but really don’t care for them in my hotel room. The sheets had some stains on them - I don’t want to think about how they got there. Young hip people probably would be ok in this hotel townhouse but old grumpy people not so much.

They have the thickest toilet paper in the bathroom that we had ever experienced! We were surprised that it was actually a sweet, with a small kitchen and a stocked wet bar. The staff was very nice and we really appreciated the complimentary shuttle the airport.

A few things - the room was roomy but the fridge was full of things for sale. Little room to store our food. One bedroom was warm but the rest of the room was perfect with the air conditioner. The drain in shower was not draining (they were eager to fix). The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed a complementary ride to the airport. The one staff member was having a lengthy conversation about other staff which felt inappropriate as we waited for our ride. The site was clean and well kept.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They let us prebook their shuttle to the airport which was very handy. Two bedroom suite was tidy and clean, one of the rooms didn’t have aircon though which was disappointing. The bathroom could do with a refresh as quite dated but aside from that it was a nice place to rest ahead of our flight

Not as close to the airport as thought, and although the free shuttle service to the airport was appreciated, it still cost AUD27 for an Uber ride from the Domestic terminal to the hotel. The hotel itself was ok, a budget option. The problem with our room (222) was that the bathroom window in the shower couldn't be closed (a missing pane?) and bugs were constantly flying into the room. Since we stayed only 1 night and flying out early in the morning, we lived with it, but definitely would have moved on a longer stay. Check-in process was simple and the room itself was clean
