Comfy beds!

We had a good stay at this 2 bedroom unit, the beds were comfy and it was in a handy location as we needed to be close to Fortitude Valley. The pool area was fab, checkin was well explained with key pickup from a store down the street. Fortitude Valley itself is not the nicest or safest part of Brissy - so would only recommend for people who aren’t intimidated easily! The unit is well stocked with all kitchen tools required for our brief stay, possibly an update of the lounge is needed as it looks shabby with the undercarriage falling apart.

Great Accommodation

Good location depending on what you are visiting for. Good communication from host including addressing question or issues that occurred. I would defiantly recommend and would stay with KozyGuru again.

Not the place for a family

Tiny apartment without the required space for a family. The apartment was filthy and I had to clean it myself before I felt comfortable to stay. The kitchen was full of mismatched crockery and barely had the basics. The lack of TV in the master bedroom was disappointing. The dirt on the sofa bed was terrible, there was a body part drawn on the mattress, which didn’t even properly fit the broken dirty sofa bed. The location is great but I wouldn’t ever stay at this part meant again.

Great location but won't be booking through Stayz again

Day before arrival, I was told there was a system error and didnt get the room I booked originally, luckily they had another one in the same building. Place was great and location was perfect for the concert. Very disappointed that it took 2 weeks to refund the deposit considering they already held it for months prior. Won't be booking through Stayz again as it wasn't a easy and pleasant experience.

AMAZING - LOVED IT - PERFECT LOCATION

Best ever location and the photos don't do it justice. It was beautiful, clean, prestige and the furnishings were something off the BLOCK. STRONGLY recommend it to EVERYONE wanting to stay in a central location in the valley.
