Great location, near excellent restaurant and cafes. Room was spacious for two adults. Additional $25 charge for parking is a little annoying but definitely needed if you need it as all street spots are restricted and metered. Overall, a good stay and good value.

Great location. Within walking distance to quite a few restaurants, cafes & pubs. It did get noisy at night from music coming from a nearby nightclub. But apartment is spacious, clean & the bed very comfortable. I asked to keep my car parked a bit longer after checkout time & they gladly let me stay in the visitors parking. Would stay again.

Great rooms, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the area around the hotel vicinity has lots of homeless so be mindful of that when going out at night.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was good but we were disappointed with the surroundings especially China town. Towels, dishwasher, washing machine liquids were lacking and no face cloth. We stayed in level 20 and you could still hear the train, traffic and people outside.

Great location. We liked the location and the apartment layout and spaciousness. The only issue, that we reported; was a shower door that leaked due to a poor seal. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Communication was great, good views, room could have been abit cleaner, seemed everything needed a deep clean. Sauna was fabulous. Was expecting alot of noise, but surprisingly it was very quiet.

Kooii apartments are great, very clean, comfortable and functional. Pros - comfy beds, spacious, great ammenities, parking, hot showers. Cons - couch could be more comfortable, no basic pantry items (salt/pepper/clingfilm etc), noise from nearby outdoor venues on the weekends. If you are staying Friday to Sunday and are not partying, bring earplugs and request rooms away from the noise if possible. Otherwise it is a great place to stay even for the week.
