Sadly very disappointing

The property is a mass build. Houses on top of each other in a very dense suburb, with dogs barking all night and morning and very noisy neighbours. I had organised for the very high incidental deposit to be transferred directly into the owners account successfully and they still took it out of my credit card as well without my authority. It took 7 days to get that back after I messaged and called every day. Then it took another 7 days for the original Incidental deposit after we checked out to be placed back into my account. Messaging on a number of occasions and then the final phone call. The beds were horribly hard, there were very little kitchen supplies, the rubbish bins sat out on the front nature strip the whole time with someone else’s rubbish in it. No room for our rubbish. The owner was not flexible in any way with empty apologies. I wouldn’t touch this property with a ten foot pole.
