The room was fine. Self check-in so no interaction with staff. Another guest must have been smoking outside the room because we could smell cigarette smoke in our room through the night and early hours. Maybe remind guests to smoke away from the building but without on site staff that’s hard to enforce.

Accomodation clean & good size room! Sadly restaurant wasn’t open due to public holiday! Only down side was no lift to rooms! Had nice breakfast in restaurant this am! Glad that in the north of Queensland where we reside we actually have humans in reception to welcome you & answer any questions! Check-in via an app is not welcoming!

This hotel fit our requirements and was well maintained, however sadly the rooms were not sound proofed and we were woken at 4.30am by the TV being turned on next door and left on for the remainder of the morning. We emailed the hotel about this and they failed to reply. It was so disappointing as it was a lovely hotel.

We had a apartment room with kitchen and lounge area. Very tidy, clean and well maintained. Check-in was all self service with an entry code and instructions sent by email, easy to follow. Pricing was good value considering location and size of room. Short walk to the Portside Wharf eating areas.
