Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here several times now. Great spot, handy to new bar and general store, and really good if you have dogs. Fully fenced and rear yard access. The new back deck was a lovely surprise too ! Always clean and tidy and cosy. Some necessities were missing such as salt, a lighter for the bbq and mozzie coils, so it was our turn to supply and leave for next guest which is completely fine and a pleasure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trips to Straddie are always great and Straddie Sale and Rentals always provide a great place to stay. Brownies on Birch was a cute 2 bedroom house with a great yard. Fully fenced and back access so our boat was safe during our stay. The decks were also beautiful. The location is great, walking distance to most things in Amity. Highly recommend Brownies on Birch.
