About this property
Resort Living in Kedron - Close to Airport, Shopping, transport and Hospital
The property is located down a fairly quiet and family orientated street. The sleep-out is on the same property as the main house and is a generous size approx 70sqM.
It has all the appliances etc you need to be self sufficient. You also have access to the spa and pool (un-heated). I ask that you please limit guest numbers (if at all). My interaction will be fairly minimal. The common areas will be the laundry, washing line, BBQ and pool. There are no smoking areas on the property whatsoever.
The sleepout is a detached building that is separated from the main house by a breezeway. This truly is a place that you can unwind. Sitting pool side is relaxing and has something very special about that aspect. I have one cat that roams around the property. He's in his advanced years and keeps to himself mostly. He doesn't come into the sleepout. The sleepout is nicely done and has all the mod cons and appliances you'll need. Which include the likes of a large TV, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, AC, air fryer, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, portable speaker, alarm clock, small oven, coffee pod machine, activity books, and kettle. Can sleep up to two people. Note - there is no free standing oven. It does have an electric fry pan, small bench top oven, air fryer and you are also welcome to use the BBQ outside.
As being a guest here - you will have access to the pool, cabana, loungers, laundry and washing line.
No parties and no smoking, vaping or illegal drugs on the premises.
For those wanting a better price for longer stays, maybe book for 2nights, we can then swap details and work out a better price.

2Km to Westfield Chermside - the largest Westfield in Queensland.

5min drive to the nearest train station. Where you can go to the likes of the CBD or as far south as the Gold Coast.

Super enjoyable place to stay! Jay was so kind and accommodating. Great location for so many things close by with a quick walk or Uber ride. Clean and comfortable place to stay!
Perfect location being close to transport & shopping. Very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by parks. Accommodation was excellent & provided everything we need. Our friendly host Jay, was there to greet us upon arrival & provided us with information on our accommodation & the area.

What a fabulous place to stay! Property had everything you could need or want.
The bed was comfortable and lounge area was cozy and inviting.
Jay was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Was super easy to talk to and have a laugh with while also allowing for privacy and not lingering.
Very close to a supermarket and to public transport.
Parking was very easy.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay while in Brisbane.
Jay was very welcoming and helpful. The studio was cosy, well appointed and close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Not only were the fur-babies friendly and placid, we got to enjoy some of the local water dragons basking in the sun around the pool!
Great location to the area. Close to hospitals, 1km easy walk to Chermside shopping. Bus stop 200m away with frequent services to the city. Roomy unit with all the necessities although a warm unit in summer but has ceiling fans and air conditioning. Jay is a very friendly and thoughtful person.

Jay’s place is a very comfortable option to stay as a base for the Chermside area. His home is clean and well appointed. Very easy to walk to transport and shops. Will definitely stay again as it serves my needs perfectly 👍
JAY IS A WONDERFUL HOST.THE ACCOMODATION IS NEAT AND TIDY.THE POOL IS GREAT AND CLEAN.THE LOCATION IS CENTRAL TO SHOPS AND CLOSE TO BUSES. JAY PROVIDES TOWELS FACE WASHERS AND EVEN POOL TOWELS AND EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN THAT YOU COULD POSSIBLE NEED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND JAYS PLACE. 10 OUT OF 10 FOR SURE.

Jay was a great host.. Everything was set up and ready. Very spacious and clean and super comfortable. A lovely quiet neighbourhood easy access to the property.. Close to everything I needed.. including the cutest furry friends... would definitely recommend.. hopefully available when I come back later this year 😊
The host was lovely, the property though was not for us, we booked 2 days and left the next morning once we realized about the property.
I did not read the ad fully that the owner resides on the premises and its an actual suburban house, Im sure it would suit some due to the location though.
Couldn’t have asked for a more lovely location and stay. The owner Jay was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had everything I could have possibly needed for the stay. The location was quiet and within walking distance to local stores. Would happily stay there again next time I come up to Brisbane.
