Spacious 2Bed Apartment + Nook with River View
Enjoy my spectacular top floor and spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment and Nook with a Double bed with your Family or Friends.
Capturing breathtaking views of the Brisbane River and Mt Cootha range will provide a relaxing feeling during your stay. With chic, modern furnishings and decadent in-room amenities together with a central South Brisbane location makes my apartment a destination on its own.
The apartment is private however the gym and pool are shared with other guests in the building.
The apartment is self-contained and self-service. Basic amenities are provided such as linens, bath towels toilet paper, and a bath essential starter pack.
In case some items are not on the list or seem not enough for your stay and consumption, we highly recommend you bring the items with you.
To set the expectation, two of the rooms have windows and have access to natural light. Both of the room comes with 1 King split in each. The King split is usually combined, so there will be a slight gap/deep in between.
The third room is compact with 1 double bed, a bedside table, and a fan, this room doesn`t come with a window but is ideal for kids, as it`s close to the bathroom. See the photo for your reference.
You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities are shared with residents and other guests.
CAR PARK ACCESS:
Height Restriction: 2.3 metres
To access the onsite parking, guests will need a car park swipe from Reception. For the car park on the basement levels, access is via Hope Street. For the car park located on levels 2 &3, access is via fleet lane. This car park swipe will allow guests multiple access over the 24 hours. The onsite parking is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
TAKE NOTE: Parking is limited and subject to availability.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.
Southbank area just 10 minute walk to Queen Street Mall, Weekend Markets,, Queensland Performing Arts Centre and Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
It is a vibrant and expanding area & there are few new projects in development that will make it even more vibrant. This does come with some construction and the associated noise. We thank you for your understanding.
