Before you arrive, please ensure you complete the following:
Complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations and adds extra protection for both you and the property. Truvi will reach out to you via email and/or text for verification.
Choose your damage protection: Select between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus a $15 admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver for $50.
Agree to and sign our rental agreement to make sure everything is in order before your stay.
