We had a terrific stay. The property was as advertised and was in a great part of town, lots of restaurant choices and attractions within walking distance.

I found the whole experience of checking in with this property a nightmare. It was channelled through a separate entity - BeLocal Property Managers. I had to complete a booking form online, provide ID, photos, and real-time selfies holding my ID. The day before our stay I was asked for a photo of my ID again, and a real time selfie of me holding my credit card before I was given the check-in details. This was despite my having already paid for our accommodation stay, in full. I felt this was an unnecessary invasion of my privacy and I have concerns about the security of my information provided and possible scamming. I have never had this experience when booking with WotIf before.
I wish I had cancelled and found somewhere else to stay.
