Billa Bush Cottage is a newly renovated (Nov 2018) Island home that has kept it's beautiful charm and original qualities but been pulled into the modern world with a beautiful modern 'wet room' bathroom and lovely kitchen.
The home features polished timber floors throughout and a large open plan kitchen with a microwave, gas stove and Nespresso Coffee Machine (bring your own pods). The deck with gas BBQ and dining area overlook the native bushland. There is also a Bluetooth Mini Speaker for listening to your favourite tunes.
There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Both are air conditioned although once the screened windows are open, the breezes start to flow through the home.
Billa Street is well known for it's proximity to the heart of Point Lookout and is walking distance to all shops and beaches.
Please note that this is a "no screen" cottage but is a very easy stroll to the Straddie Pub to watch any special events on their big screen. There is however a high speed Starlink connection available for all your own screens.
