The staff is not helpful or friendly. Asked the front desk staff for a couple of things, but their gesture made me feel like they want to answer. The room wall is not soundproofed, and I can hear all the other guests walking around. Also, the sound of the housekeeping work during the morning ...

The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay.
