“A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). ”

“Well...the online check-in process was ridiculous, we were asked on several occasions to upload selfies, having done them already, kept being told if we didn't then the booking would be cancelled. Then we arrived on a saturday 10 mins before 3pm check-in and were told room wasn't ready which was fair enough as we were a bit early. The bins were all full, no cups for a cup of tea. However....this went on until about 6pm, we were then told the cleaners hadn't actually turned up that morning and……

“Check in was really terrible. The automated check in link came 3 days later (check out day). The number provided was on voicemail and calls couldn’t just go through. I was stranded at the entrance for like 6 hours. I had to contact Expedia Support that came in and assisted by reaching out to the host through a different number different from the one host provided on the site. Ran out of basics like shower gel? How do you check in someone and not have them filled? To be honest this wasn’t value……

“Great self contained apartment in a super convenient central location near the coach station and cabot circus shopping centre. Easy walk to castle park and river. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle and stovetop plus a small fridge. Washing machine was very handy though a clothes drying rack would be useful too as there is no dryer. There is no lift so upper floors via stairs which may be more difficult for some especially with large luggage. Despite being close to things the apartment was……

“Good for students”

“More rundown than it appears in pictures. Shower holder was broken so we couldn’t shower easily. No lock on bathroom, which had to be slammed to close, loose toilet seat. All in all a disappointing stay.”
