"Our bunk room was great, far better than any other family rooms we've booked at other hotels. It was only an overnight stop but breakfast in the diner was excellent. It was spot on."

"Nice comfy room with fridge, I was very kindly moved at my request to a room with a bath tub (thank you!). Bed comfy too. Breakfast was plentiful, had lots of choice to suit all palates. The only thing I would say is that cold counter could be better placed against one of the walls as it blocks access to the bakery, toasters and juice station, and everyone is scuttling around it! Otherwise couldn’t fault the breakfast. Hotel is perfectly placed to access everything Bristol centre, bar street and the harbour has to offer. We’ve stayed numerous times and will return for sure. Tip: Parking at the multi-storey of the hotel is £17 a night if a resident at the hotel. "

"Really friendly and professional welcome and the room was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and complimentary proper coffee in the room. Central location with access within 200m to local restaurants made this place a great find. "
