This is our 2nd stay at the spring hill suites in Kenosha and we have been super satisfied both times! The management and the staff are all wonderful .. attentive .. gracious and willing to go above and beyond for their guests! Hotel is spotless.. breakfast area always clean and filled! This trip we met Mickey at the front desk reception area and she greeted us every day with a smile and a wonderful warm personality! We will definitely be back for another stay!

The hotel itself is on the more newly developed side of Kenosha. With that being said, in 10 minutes you can easily be down to the lakeside area by car. The staff are extremely helpful in the facility is super clean. There is clear evidence they take pride in their hotel.

Room was nice. Bathroom shower needed some attention, as did the floor. Pool was nice but small. No cleaning was provided during my stay. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing, no meat provided except biscuits and gravy.

Very clean, with superb, extraordinary staff! Pool was size of a postage stamp. Room was oddly designed, the only hotel I’ve had to buy a night light for. Did I mention how great the staff was? Loved the bar also. Breakfast could have had yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Coffee could have been refreshed around noon for the rest of the day.
