The Staff went above and beyond. Had dinner Saturday night at the Hunt Club. Which was excellent. I woke up Sunday morning and realized that I left my credit card at the restaurant. The Hunt Club does not open until 4:00pm. The hotel staff found someone who had access to the Hunt Club and went and got my card. After I had breakfast at the golf course restaurant on was on my way home at 10:00am.

We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so.

Room and grounds were beautiful. Unfortunately roads were being redone and in order to get to cottages a golf cart was needed to get there. It seemed easy early in the day, however, after the wedding reception that we were there for ended they had taken all of the golf carts away. It was very odd. It made it difficult to get back to our rooms. Unfortunate situation but the rest of the property was gorgeous, we'd definitely go back.

Overall a nice stay. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony facing west. The indoor pool at the lodge that we had access to is outdated, and with only a single shower, not very convenient for guests who are staying outside of the lodge. The only issue with the stay was a guest staying above who made very loud steps waking us after midnight and later at 6am. Also, one of the deck chairs had a minor damage to its cushion.
