「The place was ok but definitely needs a better upkeep. The front desk could use some etiquette training and a smile could be helpful when greeting guests!」

「We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. 」

「Staff wonderful Grounds are gorgeous Multiple amenities and activities offered Room very nice but missing soap, laundry bags and other essentials. Spa whirlpool and sauna area not kept well , no visible staff Dirty towels all over Spa Pool needs a lot of attention. Chop house very expensive and 3 out of 4 dinners should have been returned . Tough, chewy $70 steak, fish not edible $60 . We did not return it because not our style. Just won’t go back . Desserts however were exceptional...

「Just know this is set up for golf. Yes there are restaurants and a pool but you have to take a shuttle to them. This wasn’t completely clear」

「First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again 」
