“I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given.”

“It wasn't a bad room and staff was friendly. It was small but had most of the elements you expect except no closet and what felt like a children's toilet. Only major issue I had was the overwhelming Marijuana smell in the hallway everytime I went in and out of my room.”

“The room, towels bed linens as well As the kitchen stuff were clean. The breakfast could be improved. Oatmeal and bananas ran out 1 hour before closing. On a regular day, breakfast ends at 9:00 am. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was a total disappointment. For $17, the pack included two strips of bacon, over easy egg cooked on a messy grill, 5 sliced cherry tomatoes and a slice of bread.”

“We had a great stay until the end. The staff member that was working the desk was very rude and disrespectful. This left a bad taste on an excellent stay.”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Our room was great. It looked to be freshly remodeled. It also had a full sized fridge and stove. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.”

“Such a cute hotel with so many different lounge areas. I had 3 kids and we had fun grilling on the patio while we played bags and later watched the World Cup games by the fire. A really nice atmosphere and such a nice hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were perfect. Definitely a must stay!”

“Breakfast was good, hot tub was nice. The pool had a huge clump of hair floating around and the bathrooms in the pool area were pretty gross. Room was great but not the cleanest. Hair in the tub and floor of the bathroom and when I pulled out the sofa bed there was leftover food and crumbs.”

“The bed was great. Room was ok. My complaint was that there was a large group of people who were there having a family reunion or something for the 4th of July.... And they basically tailgated outside the front of the hotel all weekend. I had to walk my family through clouds of pot smoke and loud, obnoxious people to get inside. I could hardly believe the hotel allowed this.... The hotel definitely knew because they were literally right outside the front desk. Then the morning crowd at breakfast……
