Cozy Bungalow house by the lake

"This was a very cozy, comfortable two bedroom cottage with an easy walk to to the beach. It is in Geneva and not Lake Geneva so much calmer than being in town. A very easy drive into Lake Geneva. Very safe walking our dog no matter the time of day/night. Very quite, peaceful neighborhood. Lots of big fluffy bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Lots of hot water. Sofas are very comfortable but a little difficult to get out of if you are in your 70s. Great big TV that worked easily. Wifi was great. Kitchen had all the appliances, plates, cups, glasses, tableware necessary. Coffee pod selection was not the best. There was not plastic wrap or foil. Washer and dryer worked great. Not a modern facility but very acceptable."

"We had a wonderful stay at a wonderful property across the street from Lake Como, just down the street from a small, private beach and next to a small, quiet restaurant. Couldn’t have been more perfect for that we were looking for."

"Excellent experience for our group of ten overall. Such a great home right by the water. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, wonderful game room, plenty of beach supplies. This home is within walking distance of the beach, playgrounds, bars, restaurants, and the lake. Communication was clear and concise. Can't recommend this home highly enough. Hope to return!"

"This place was perfect for us. Everything was clean and ready. All we had to do was settle in and relax. There were so many nice touches - like supplies for smores, showers with nice shampoo and body wash, and lots of games.There was a great yard that was fully fenced for our dog.And restaurants we could sit outside with our dog - within a 20 min walk!The owner had clear communication and donated a portion to a dog rescue.Everything was great! This place is a gem!"

"Everything was spotless!!! The place is huge with plenty of sleeping space for all of us!! Close to downtown Lake Geneva and close to great places to eat and see by Lake Como. Plenty to do at the property if it is a rainy day too!! Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area!"

"Amazing home with everything our family of 11 needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance, utensil and dinnerware. We were especially impressed with the coffee bar and the waffle/crepe stand was a huge hit with the kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful. The pool and outdoor play area is great. It was almost impossible to get the kids out of the pool. Ashley, the host, is the best! She is rightfully proud of the home, extremely thoughtful and truly wants her guests to have a great stay."
