「The location was great, but the customer service was poor. I asked for a clean, updated room and was given an old, dirty room that smelled bad. The TV remote didn’t work, the sofa sleeper was broken, there was no internet or cable, and the TV was outdated. Not worth returning. I requested to move room at 10pm」

「The view of Lake Geneva was amazing from the room's balcony, and even better at their outdoor patio facing the lake. We very much enjoyed the incredible sauna/hot tub/pool combination also.」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.」

「First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again 」

「The room was spotless and had a fully stocked kitchen. The layout was a bit odd with the bed in the front and the kitchen in the back but otherwise it was great. Would be good for anyone that wants a bit more space than a traditional hotel room. 」
