“Rooms are clean - we stayed there for a wedding - it is really annoying how they raise the prices especially so much - I paid $500 for a room- thats doubled the price it should be for no additional services - also requested early check in due to needing to get to the wedding by 3- they replied it would be put on our account - we got there at 215 and were told our room wasnt ready - annoying won't probably stay there again”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“We stayed for 5 nights with family and dogs. We arrived late and the first room had an ac unit that was noisy and not cold and could not be adjusted. After some discussion they gave us a different room and the ac worked great and was quiet. Overall the room and beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. Good location just off the highway and walk to restaurants and the grocery. Lots of places to walk dogs or just take a walk. The breakfast has pretty good variety but needed more fruit than……

“I only stayed one night after a wedding but the staff was very polite and helpful! Our room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t lock which I didn’t love. Other than that, great stay!”

“Felt it was an average place to stay. Not horrible but you get what you pay for. We chose it because it was close to an event we were attending. Would be nice to have some outdoor seating. The weather was fantastic so we left the property to enjoy it elsewhere. Rooms may have fresher looking paint (not fan of the blue color) but still feel like it’s dated. Bathroom shower heads need replacing. Bed was comfortable and having a mini fridge with a freezer was nice.”

“Old hotel, run down. Elevator and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Room musty like mildew. Despite already being charged by expedia, we did not stay.”

“Booked reservation with Expedia in February and paid for it completely! Arrived last night with our confirmation # only to find the Hampton Inn did not have a room for us!! Supposedly the room was canceled ....by some company in SHANGHAI CHINA!!! How do we trust reservations that can be canceled like that.... that are also prepaid?”
