「A unique place in a great spot. It was quiet and clean. Our room's A/C wasn't working, but we didn't find that out until 12 a.m. The On Tap bar attached to the hotel was nice, but the music was way too loud. When you can't hear the person next to you, it's a problem. I'm not sure why bars do this. No one likes it. Apart from those it's a great place. Street parking if you can find it. Valet for $40, or park one block down in a garage with hourly rates.」

「The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. 」

「Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.」

「Overall it was a pretty nice experience staying in Westin. The location is right in the center where you can go everywhere within walk distance. 」

「Pretty old and dirty looking room. Walls were dirty, carpet was crusty and stained. Bathroom was a disaster!!! Nasty used q-tip left behind. Long black hairs in the tub and on the stained towels. Shower head cracked and I was told there were no other rooms to move to and no maintenance available until the next day.」

「We had a dirty towel hanging in our room when we checked in and brought to the front desk. They sent new towels but it did put a negative light on the start of the stay. The hotel is fine but getting dated.」

「My stay was very good. The owners were great. Off street parking. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. This is a great place to stay. Not far from any of the Milwaukee attractions. I will be back!」
