• The area is home to a wide mix of residents, businesses, and community spaces. Most guests find it convenient and well-located for work, shopping, and city access.

• The building is located near a night-time homeless shelter operating between 9pm and 7am. This has not caused issues for previous guests, but we believe in being transparent so guests can make an informed choice.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

• A £25 fee applies for approved early check-ins or late check-outs
