"The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Upgraded our room and were great to my service dog Heidi. Rooms were clean, my only complaint would be the pillows, they were lumpy and old. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay!"

"We have most meals at the Empress, the Q lounge & the dining room serve delicious, beautiful plates with the most fantastic ingredients. This is fine dining at it's most creative. The cocktails are equal to the dining. No need to go outside this hotel except to sught see."
