「This was a great spot for a retired law enforcement reunion. The restaurant and staff were great. The "featured" Mojito was tasteless and bland. I ordered a round for our group and when we mentioned this to our sever she seemed uninterested. Everything else was GREAT and we will return...dave」

「Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel happily took my money but didn’t honour my reservation that I had already paid for through Expedia!!! I made this reservation back in November and paid for it in its entirety. Went to check in and they said they didn’t have a room for us!! Left us completely stranded in one of the busiest weekends in Squamish. 」

「预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。」
