Our accommodation is ideal for a couple's getaway or a business trip. Conveniently located, it allows you to enjoy the city on foot. As soon as you walk in, you will be charmed by the modern decor.
The accommodation consists of:
- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
- A LIVING AREA: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, ideal for your TV evenings, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.
- A BEDROOM AREA: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.
- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax in a spacious shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
## Access
Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself to make you feel at home. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor without a lift.
INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN: You can check in independently from 3pm onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.
PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can park very easily on the avenue or in the Guierle car park, a 3-minute walk from the accommodation.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the building. What's more, you are only a 5-minute walk from the city centre.

AVAILABILITY: Although arrival is self-guided, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by telephone until 11 p.m. in case of emergency.

## Notes
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information: HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged. CLEANING: Cleaning fees include thorough cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of bed linen and towels. DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
