Our accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Well exposed, the house allows you to enjoy a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool. As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by the modern decor and spacious rooms. The living room, with its large bay window, is the perfect place to relax after a long day.
The accommodation consists of:
- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a large comfortable sofa, ideal for your TV evenings, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. You can also enjoy a spacious dining room for meals with family or friends.
- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and everything you need for cooking.
- A BEDROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding, a dressing area and a desk area.
- A BATHROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Relax under a walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
- THREE BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS: Each has a standard bed (140x200cm) and a dressing area.
- A BATHROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR: Relax under a walk-in shower or in the bathtub. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
- A MASTER BEDROOM UPSTAIRS: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with high-quality bedding, a large dressing room and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: Travel light because a washing machine awaits you at the accommodation. You will also have everything you need to dry and iron your laundry.
- A PRIVATE OUTDOOR AREA: Enjoy special moments on the terrace, from morning coffee to convivial evenings with friends. A space dedicated to relaxation awaits you, with a barbecue and sun loungers, as well as a secure swimming pool (5×10 m) for cooling off.
## Access
Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself so you can feel at home.
INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL: You can check in independently from 5 p.m. onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.
PARKING: The accommodation has parking spaces in the courtyard or in the garage.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city on foot. There are bus stops at the bottom of the street. What's more, you are less than a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

## Notes
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information: HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any departure between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged. CLEANING: Cleaning fees include the complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and towels. DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book on certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
