"The apartment was not up to the high standard expected from Mantra. Bath did not have a plug and basin plug was too small. One towel had a rip in it. Toilet roll holder had a screw sticking out to stop it spinning. Bedroom light didn't work. I'm assuming apartments are owned by investors and managed ..."
