It is a great place in the very centre of the city. You will be enchanted by the building - it is authentic and very well maintained. The room was not small, all the equipment functioned very well, the beds were comfortable. The breakfadt was generous. There are lots of eating and shopping options nearby as well as place to see and enjoy. It is important to know that the hotel is situated within the pedestrian zone and can not provide parking. There are a couple of big parking lots very close to it

The location was fantastic- close to the train station, castle, beautiful squares, and dining locations steps from the hotel entrance. The hair dryer did not work and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable but the mini split worked perfectly so the room temperature was cool and it was a pretty and large room. The breakfast was good.

I stayed at the Royal Ricc on my first trip to Brno, and I would gladly return. It had plenty of old world vibe, and the location (right in the old town) could not have been better. The hotel was also well located for restaurants and sightseeing, and was close (about a 10 minute walk) to the train station. Brno is a really lovely city, and this hotel provided a really nice place to stay.

When we arrived only then we were told that the elevator was not working due to renovation. As a result we needed to carry our luggages to the top floor. If we knew this upfront we would have booked in a different hotel. Other than this the breakfast was good, the bathroom was spacious and the location was excellent.

Gammaldags men välhållet hotell med bra läge. Stoort rum, fräscht badrum, lite hård men bekväm säng. Företrädesvis ung, charmig personal; många olika personer. Frukosten riklig och fräsch men betydligt bättre i början än i slutet av serveringstiden.

This was an amazing and interesting property, the picture panelled ceiling and stained glass corridors made for a special stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast very good. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The proximity of the hotel, close to the market square and lots of shops and restaurants added to the convenience. We arrived by train which is also a short walk away. Having been away nearly 4 weeks now, it’s always good to have chosen such a delightful place to stay. Highly recommended.
